Jerry Higbie and Billy Decker collected big Friday night wins on September 26th. Jerry Higbie snuck passed Andy Bachetti late in the RoC Dirt Tour's King of the Catskills race at Accord Speedway. Higbie collected $6,000 for the feature win. Rounding out the top 5 were Bachetti, Mike Ricci, Mike Colsten, and Pat Ward.
At Rolling Wheels Raceway, it was the 358 Super Dirt Series that was the headline division on Friday. Matt Sheppard gave it everything he had, but couldn't sneak passed Billy Decker, and Decker went on to collect the $4,000 win. Sheppard held on for second, followed by Alan Johnson, Ronnie Johnson, and Chad Brachmann who rounded out the top 5.
Also worth noting that Alan Johnson was aboard the Deek Decker Racing DEUCE car, it was the first appearance by the car all season long and ran very strong.
