Heffner Sweeps Lebanon Valley Championship... Again

Sunday night, the 358 modified had their points finale at Lebanon Valley Speedway as they accompanied the World of Outlaws. Steve Hough won the feature event, but it was J.R. Heffner that won his second 358 championship in 2 years. He also was co-champion in the big block division with Mark Flach.
