J.R. Heffner Heading to Asphalt

J.R. Heffner will only be racing one dirt race in 2009, the Rite-Aid 200 in October. Heffner, the 2007 and 2008 big and small block champions at Lebanon Valley Speedway, will be running full-time in the Arca Series.
