It looked as if Richie Tobias would be back in a Gagliardo Motorsports car for Super Dirt Week this year, however, it now appears that won't be the case. Instead, it looks like Bob Lineman Racing will return to big block racing for this first time since Lineman and Tobias almost won the race in 2007. Lineman Racing has been focusing on the sportsman and small block modified efforts of Lineman's son Bob Lineman Jr.
JB Motorsports, who already fields cars for Jeff Brownell and Matt Sheppard on the Super Dirt Series Tour, has added 2 more drivers to their stable for the $20,000 to win, $1,000 to start All-Star 100 coming up on July 19th at Cayuga County Fair Speedway. Pete Bicknell and Tim McCreadie will also be in JB Motorsports big blocks for that race.
Ryan Susice, current sportsman star on the Super Dirt Series, will be moving up to big block action in 2010, expect him to make his big block debut at Volusia Speedway in February.
Also, Dan Johnson Jr., son of Danny Johnson, made his big block debut at Ransomville Speedway, according to a Super Dirt Series press release, the younger Johnson will enter 6 races this year, next up being the All-Star 100, so he can keep his rookie status for 2010, when he apparently plans on running the entire tour.
