Billy Van Pelt had a terrible start to the year. The multiple time Woodhull Raceway champion struggled to find the top 10, let alone victory lane. However, he was able to find victory lane at Woodhull just a few races ago, and now picked up the $2,000 win at Woodhull on Wednesday night, beating a field of 28 modifieds and holding off Al Rudalvagage who's dominated the early part of the year at Woodhull.
