Pat Ward won the first race of the year last night, and followed it up by winning the second race of the year earlier tonight. Ward held off Matt Sheppard (who was later found light and docked 1/2 his points and winnings) for the win. Sheppard held on to finish second, and rounding out the top 5 were Brett Hearn, Jeff Brownell, and Keith Flach.
Tomorrow is race #3 of the 4 race series.
