Chris Wood has come close to picking up his first career win on multiple occasions in his rookie season, and in last night's regular season finale at Five Mile Point Speedway, he finally put the 7c in victory lane. Wood grabbed the lead late in the race from Brian Weaver, who was struggling with motor issues, and went on to pick up the $2,000 win.

The battle between Mike Colsten and Kevin Bates concluded Tuesday night. Bates needed to have a flawless night and needed Colsten to struggle to clinch his first modified title. Instead, Bates struggled and Colsten soldiered on to a top-5 finish to collect the 2013 title.
