Breitenstein Motorsports was one of the last teams to announce their driver for the 2011 racing season, but they've finally made the announcement. Veteran driver Kenny Gilmore will take over the seat of the #14 small block modified, replacing Doug Manmiller for weekly competition at Grandview Speedway. Gilmore ran for the team the past 2 seasons in a second entry for the Freedom 76er, and also ran for the team earlier in his career. This will be Gilmore's first full-season in quite a few years. Area Auto Racing News broke the story.
Area Auto Racing News reports that Mike Iles is the latest driver to announce his intentions on running at Volusia in February. It will be the former Bridgeport Speedway champions first ever appearance at the track.
I've added a bunch of drivers to the driver chart. I'll be doing more updating on that in the next few weeks as track schedules come out.
