Chris Higgins, the former Can Am Speedway front runner that recently moved to North Carolina, severely limiting his racing schedule, will make his second consecutive trip to Volusia in February.
Ken Brewer Motorsports MIGHT be selling out. Gary Tomkins was offered the team, but he may not be able to complete the purchase. If Brewer's equipment isn't sold, then it's still possible that Brewer will field cars this season.
