DeSantis takes $20,000; Rougeux, Bolland, Sheppard take over wins

Meme DeSantis held off a the BPG Racing teammates of Duane Howard and Stewart Friesen to collect his second consecutive Freedom 76er at Grandview Speedway which paid $20,000 to win. In other racing this weekend, Del Rougeux held off Kevin Bolland to collect the BRP Tour race at Pittsburgh Motor Speedway, and Kevin Bolland went on to win the BRP Tour race the following night at Sharon Speedway. At Mohawk International Speedway it was Matt Sheppard that sweeped the 358 Dirt Series race and Super Dirt Series race on Friday and Saturday at Mohawk.

The Wago fantasy league standings will be updated by Tuesday night.

Chris Raabe will run at Syracuse in the 358 Dirt Series race on Saturday October 9th, he made his small and big block debut at Mohawk this weekend and had respectable runs.

The big races of the fall continue next weekend, as the RoC Tour runs for $7,000 to win at Accord Speedway for the King of the Catskills on Friday night, Rolling Wheels has the big block modifieds highlight World Series Weekend with a 30 lap feature, the Little Guy Nationals are at the helm at Mercer Raceway Park with big block modifieds running on Friday night and the small block modifieds highlighting the card on Saturday night, and Fonda Speedway has McDonalds Weekend which will crown the Thunder Series champion and features big block modifieds on Saturday running for $4,000 to win, and the modifieds running on Sunday for 100 laps and $9,500 to win.
