Wednesday Tidbits

Craig Mitchell is the latest driver to confirm his entry into this year's big block race at Syracuse. Mitchell will be there representing Orange County Fair Speedway where he finished 4th in points and will run his self-owned 93x big block modified. Mitchell has experienced some success on the mile, he won the big block Future's race in 2007, and was the small block modified rookie of the race that same year, and last year picked up the big block modified rookie of the race award.

Danny Varin will drive the Ed Monger owned Masagarus Racing #93 modified in this weekend's Outlaw 200 at Fulton Speedway. Both Danny and his father Bobby Varin have driven the car in the passed. This year Mark Kislowski started off the year in the car, and Brian Weaver took over mid-season and finished out the year.
