Jimmy Phelps finished off the week the way he started, in victory lane, he won at Cayuga County. Don Mattison picked up his first win of the year in the modified ranks with a small block win at Devils Bowl. Mother nature took out racing at Cornwall, Utica Rome, and Tri-City.
