Three champions were crowned last night at their respective speedways. All Stephane LaFrance had to do was show up last night at the Canadian Series race at Autodrome Edelweiss to collect his track championship. David Hebert won the race at Edelweiss last night.
Kevin Bolland was in a tight points race with 2 of the best in Western Pennsylvania big block modified racing, as he battle Brian Swartzlander and defending champion Jeremiah Shingledecker all season long at Lernerville Speedway. Bolland picked up the win last night, which led to another Lernerville championship for Bolland.
Doug Manmiller used consistency to pick up his first career championship. After what seemed like a dominating season by Craig Von Dohren, Manmiller's consistency ended up giving him his first career Big Diamond championship after finishing in 6th place last night. Kevin Albert picked up the feature win.
Also, congratulations to Eric Gauvreau who picked up the BRL Edelweiss Mini Series championship, and Tim O'Brien who won Can Am's SUNY Cantun 358 Series championship.
