Two sportsman stand outs, Kyle Armstrong and Luke Monroe, will be making the move up to big block modifieds this season. BobbyChalmers.com reports that Kyle Armstrong will move up to the big block division to run weekly at Lebanon Valley Speedway in 2011, while Area Auto Racing News reported that Luke Monroe will move up to run big blocks weekly at Fonda Speedway.
In a minor change, Kyle Sheldon will take over the Alex Thomson Racing big block ride in 2011. His father, Guy Sheldon, had been running the car the last few seasons, but will only race part-time this season. This news came via BobbyChalmers.com as well.
Also, Jess Heotzler Jr's J17 won't be ready for opening night at Orange County Fair Speedway, so he'll run a back up Chris Shultz #24 big block modified.
Gary Tomkins has a new website and it's been added to the links page.
